I'll make it as enjoyable as I can. I get this question a lot from typically younger coaches

who have questions on how do we program here for clients, more specifically probably the

groups. I'll talk about our group probably the groups. I'll talk about

our group training stuff here. I'll talk about individuals that I personally work with.

I've already talked about myself at nauseam. Obviously, I'll go through kind of how we do some of the

program stuff in the app and maybe what you would do for yourself if you're interested in trying

to make your own program or if you're following one, what is the one for you and again there's so much that goes into all of these and the first thing

i'll say before i even get into any of the the housekeeping stuff we have here one not all programs are

for everybody some programs are for specific goals some programs are for specific people in specific date ranges and times.

And some programs are just for fun.

Some programs are minimalist programs where it's just the bare bone stuff.
