Well, hey there, this is Kim Constable. Welcome to the Kim Constable podcast. Nobody cares. Work harder, baby. So what are we going to talk about this week? Well, today we are going to talk about something which actually happened

to me quite recently, which I thought would be really good to share with you guys, because it

was like a massive revelation that I had about my training. And the crux of it is really about

how to modify your training, to work around your body, your age, your injuries, all those

different things,

and still get really good results. And I guess that, you know, I became more aware of this

recently because I've been doing a lot of work with my coach, like a lot of work, like two to

three times a week probably now for the last 14 months. I guess ever since I became, you know,

reasonably successful and

was able to afford to pay for regular coaching. And I've really noticed an enormous amount of

growth over the last 14 months in my own personal journey, personally and professionally, which has

really helped me to grow the company, grow the team, and also just to live a kind of a joyful,

more, you know, and happier life.

And so recently, I guess, whenever I was training in the gym, one of the things I noticed

was that there were exercises that were, that, you know, were causing me to feel fearful whenever

I was training. So, and I was like, this was, I was like, this is so

ridiculous. Like, you know, why am I scared at this exercise? I was beginning to dread back day

because of a couple of exercises. I've always dreaded leg day, but I was beginning to really dread

leg day recently, like really dread it. Like, and it's causing me sleepless nights and all that kind of

stuff. And I thought, there's definitely something underneath this here. So began to, you know, look at it and unpack it and figure out what the hell was going on,

rather than just avoid it, which I know is what many people do whenever they have an issue or feel fearful,

or just push through, which is what I normally do. And it uncovered some really, really spectacular
