Summary

Christmas, huh? It’s been a couple of weeks of chocolate piled high in the living room, and gorgeous treats spread out in the kitchen. You didn’t know whether to abstain and feel miserable, or dive in and feel guilty. Sucks, right? But what if I could transform your whole way of looking at food? I used to have a very unhealthy attitude towards food, established (as most of these things are) when I was a child. For years, I was scared of getting fat. Terrified. But now I’m so much more relaxed about food, able to indulge when I want, and shred when I need to. So what triggered this change? How did I do it? Listen in to find out.

coaches who were still working, the whole team took two weeks off. So did the rest of my team. So apart from customer services and the coaches who were

anything, didn't have to make any decisions. And also, we hosted Christmas at home this year. We

1:04.3

were supposed to have Christmas in a hotel and we had booked this beautiful big hotel called the

1:07.7

Merchant Hotel. We were taking the whole family there for Christmas. And of course then, because of Corona, everything was cancelled. And they said, you can't have

1:15.4

any more than 12 people. And we were like, we are 13 people. And they were like, well, you can't have

1:19.4

more than 12 because we can't fit you in, blah, blah, blah. So we had to cancel the whole thing.

1:22.7

And we just decided to have Christmas at home instead. And it was absolutely, quite simply, the best Christmas I think

1:28.9

I've ever had. We hired in tables and chairs and table linen and chair covers and we moved a sofa

out of one of our living rooms. We had like a study and then we have a main living room and then

1:42.1

we have a dining room and a kitchen downstairs. So we moved table out of our sorry a sofa out of one of the rooms put it into

1:48.8

the other room to create one great big entertaining space and then we changed that room into a dining

1:53.5

room because our dining room is now a gym oh it's all all topsy-turvy and that room has a fire in
