i always just kind of just like make it up on the whim, but I think I really need to

morning, afternoon, night, car ride, shower, whatever you're doing when you guys are listening

to this. Where do you guys listen to podcast? I'm always so curious because I listen to mine like all the time

When I wake up I put on podcast when I drive especially I listen to podcast and I feel like now since like being a spin instructor my job is to like

listen to music and like make playlists and stuff but now I'm just so over

listening to music to like fill time that I just listen to

podcast so podcast is like every time that you go to put on music I go to put on a

podcast so like the shower when I cook car washes car washes car washes car car rides like stuff like that I always just listen to

podcast so where do you guys listen to podcasts I'd be curious to know today's

episode I kind of just want to ramble about a lot of topics that I want to talk about but I don't have

like a lot of things to say about each of them I just want to like briefly touch on them

and like if I were to make separate episodes for each of these I feel like it would only be like a 10 or 15 minute

episode so I was like I may as well just combine them into one episode and

kind of just jump from topic to topic. So I hope that's

all right with you guys because that's what we're going to be doing today.
