Hi, my name is Laura Jacobson and I live in Afraid of Washington. First off, I wanted to just say thank you to Kurt and your team. I have been listening to

leading Saints or leading LDS for about a year and a half, two years and I can't

over emphasize the change that it has made in myself and I appreciate all the content you've put out.

It covers a huge spectrum. I first was introduced to leading Saints by a friend of mine who was at the time a bishop in a ward in our area and he was interviewed in his wife about how I lead and I was

intrigued and I thought what a great way to learn more about leadership in the church and things that we don't know.

And I went from there and I got hooked immediately and I appreciate every episode.

When I first started listening, I thought,

oh, this isn't a topic that concerns me.

I was currently serving as a Relief Society president in my ward and that, oh, that doesn't apply to what I do in the church.

And I listened to it anyway and I did that with every episode and found something in every episode that did apply to me and or leadership

principles that I could apply as a Relief Study President.

I started sharing with my husband and I said to him, you've got to listen to this this is some

amazing stuff and almost every other day or whenever I listen to it I would share

with him something that I learned and got really excited about.

And it's so unique because there's nothing else like this

that us as lay leaders can share.

We all have concerns, we all have things
