Today's 10 minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

You probably can't hear it because I'm not holding an umbrella.

I'm not holding an umbrella because I didn't check the weather before I left the house.

I've been out walking for about 10 minutes and just as I was getting ready to press record,

really heavy. And I'm not going to flip out because nothing I love more than walking in the winter with rain falling.

I love walking.

I've been walking as a fitness activity, my primary fitness activity,

this is not my goal. In fact, my only walking goal now is to take an intentional walk every single day.
