Blavity is a media company with multiple verticals written by and four black millennials.

Morgan started it six years ago after working in the tech industry, and we'll definitely talk about what spurred her to do it.

First, I just wanted to know how she was doing.

It's been like, what, like two years since the pandemic started, how have you been doing?

I think now I'm okay.

I felt like I just went to war.

I mean, it was a very traumatic experience running a business, having to make some very tough decisions about people and business model and make a lot of pivots, and still exude confidence leading a group of people to help manage their anxieties.

And fear of uncertainty.

And then during that pandemic that we're still very much in having the social unrest and really going into overdrive as a company and as a mission of who we serve, while having limited resources because of COVID.

So it's been very long couple of months and I'm very proud of what we've been able to accomplish despite kind of all the things going on. But I feel a little bit tired, guy.
