It's crazy because you start working here at 20 years old. Now you're 26. Yeah. And it's like, I still think of you as like a little kid.

But you're a grown man. Yeah, I guess so. I still think of myself as a little kid, so it's all good.

story ever, but I think Ray is. Ray's beating me out now. Yeah, you, he's 10 years younger than me, bro, and he's a billionaire.

When I was 24, bro, I was still doing drugs. Just for context. I didn't even start real estate until I was 25. I mean, I didn't start flipping until I was 25 either. Damn. So something I tell people because people tell me all the time like, oh, wow, it's like blah blah blah like what you did at a young age and um you know I always like say

thank you and whatnot but I really don't think the age is what's like impressive in my opinion

I think what's impressive is um how and how fast some people go from like zero to whatever

level they get to so you're saying you were still doing drugs at 24, whatever. Okay, cool. You might not have had like the exposure or the privilege to be exposed to like what I was exposed to at a young age. But once you did get exposed to that and you got off the drugs and whatnot, you became a millionaire pretty quickly. So I don't think it's fair. You know, someone might be watching this and they're like 50 and they've been working a blue color job forever and maybe they just never had a shot to get into this business. And then they watch a podcast from you or from you or whatever. And then they take action and boom, three years later, they're a millionaire. I think that's arguably more impressive. So that's just my two cents for, uh, you know, on what you guys are saying there. I think the average is four years. That's what I heard. Like you could become a millionaire in four years in real estate if you really just go hard. If you really go hard. Did you come up with that stat? No, I was actually Steve Trang. I remember I used to walk in back. For sure. Steve pulled that out of nowhere.

Well, that's what I saw. That's what happened with me. And that's a lot of people that did happen with me too.

Exactly. So it has to be true. Two people, three people. Yeah. It's just true. It's a fact. Yeah. I'd say like the big players, or like, I put big players in quotes.

I've seen a lot of those people that end up really dominating. Yeah, they become a millionaire in like three to five years. But I do think the average person who does real estate like never even makes more than like 100 grand a year. Yeah, yeah, it never happens. Yeah.
