freshest things I'd seen recently about diversity and work culture. It gets the

mind racing to the things we could actually do. We're always used to hearing the excuse that

recruiting women into technology is hard and normally girls are blamed. They're just

not interested we're told. Well Sasha Judd today shows that for the

nonsense it is. I want you to think about what

Sasha said could we take action to change this. You'll hear Sasha's story

pretty soon. Let me give you some context on female representation in

tech. Boys outnumber girls. Boys outnumber girls, four to one on computer science exams.

Ridiculously, it's actually got worse in the last few years.
