Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you. Good morning you guys. Speaking of daily, today is episode

number 300 of this year. Wow. And so just wanted to give you guys a round of applause and it

sounds weird, but I just want to say thanks for being on this journey with us. We listen to

one devotional. We're all 300 this year. It has been a heck of a journey. We're super excited

to be devoting ourselves to the Lord daily with you. Wow. Love it. Without further ado, we're jumping

into day three of our going through hard times devotion. The Bible app. There's a link to that

in the description of the podcast if you guys want to follow along with us. And as always, I'm

going to read the scripture and Tori's going to pick up with the divo. Let's do it. The scripture

is one of our all time favorites, Romans chapter eight, verse 28. And it says this. And we know that

God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called

according to his purposes. The devotional is titled How God uses trials. And it says, as we go

through these challenging seasons in our lives, we either grow through them or we don't. And there's

no judgment if you find yourself still still upset with God when hard times come your way.

We've all been there. But as we seek him, we'll find him. One way we can tell that our faith is

maturing through trials is when our why questions become how questions? How are you going to use this

in my life? How will you impact others because of this trial? How will you bring about good

through this devastation? There's a popular phrase circling in Christian circles and it's that

God wastes nothing. And that is absolutely our hope filled truth. Whether we were thrown into

unwanted challenging circumstances or our choices led us there, God will use every single bit of it

to redeem our lives, impact others and receive glory. Let's discuss what God does with our pain.

First, He changes us. When we suffer through fiery or deals that hurt us deeply, most of us just want
