So let's go for a walk.

How fast are you walking?

I'm walking a little bit slower than I usually do for a couple of reasons.

Number one, when I'm recording the podcast, I've recognized,

I've realized that I actually tend to go just a little bit slower. I don't want to be out

of breath because sometimes I can push my pace where holding a conversation talking is a little more challenging.

And I certainly don't want you to feel that.

That would be, I think, uncomfortable if you're listening to me talk for 10 minutes,

and it feels like I'm maybe struggling just a little bit.

So I keep the pace a little bit lower, so that doesn't happen.

Also, because I'm thinking as I'm talking, what am I going to say next,

I find that I actually can do that better if I'm at a slower pace. And this morning my pace is a little bit slower because I've got a muscle in my back,

the lower left side that's a little bit sore.

It's actually been bothering me for a few days.

And usually when I'm out walking, it feels better.

I don't want to suggest if you're feeling pain that, oh, go take a walk.

It'll feel better. Sometimes it does.

Sometimes that's exactly what you need to do.

Sometimes that's the worst thing you could do, but that's between you and your doctor.

For me, this lower back pain, and pain is too strong.
