It's Monday and it's time for a brand new week of practices here at Self Care Daily.

I hope you woke up this morning feeling fabulous that you are so ready to dive into a new week of taking good care of yourself and the people around you.

This week, I want to talk about exactly that. Of course, this is

self-care daily, everything we do every week, every day centers around self-care in some

shape or form. And what I want to spend some time tuning into this week are our needs,

our innermost innate needs and how they shift in the day to day.

Now, oftentimes, whenever we are going through a rough period, or we find ourselves feeling

really stressed or overwhelmed, even in the day to day when things are going fairly well. One of the things that

can really make or break how we are able to cope when things are difficult is whether or not we are

in tune with our inner needs. If we're able to actually listen to that inner voice inside that
