| 0:16.3 | What's up, Nick? |
| 0:17.6 | See, me. |
| 0:21.7 | I remember when you were a child and you figured out that that's something you could say to people, |
| 0:25.5 | and you just with glee, would answer everyone, |
| 0:28.5 | the sky when they asked you and then you got punched in the face and slash didn't get laid. |
| 0:34.8 | I'm mostly counting my experience. |
| 1:28.3 | Gee whiz, that's, usually that's something you say when you're pretty young. I don't know if the second part really applies there. Fundamentally, you're not getting laid. I guess you don't want to get laid. So nobody lost, nobody found. Yeah. I just going to say unless you're saying that when you're, you know, I'm sorry, I don't want to throw out ages. Yes, let's not do that. No. Anyways, anywho, anywho, uh, we were talking a little bit on the last podcast episode that we did. We were doing some FAQ. And we had mentioned that we got, I don't know, what, up to 25, 30% body fat back in the day when we were in the power lifting. Oh, boy. I mean, I'm pretty confident that I got to 30%, yeah. Yeah, 2530. It's not making a big difference. I told myself it was 25, it was really 30 upon Dexon. I probably told myself it was, I'm sure I thought it was more like 20 back in the day. |
| 1:31.7 | Everyone thinks they're 18% until the fucking cows come home, you know? |
| 1:33.1 | Yeah, yeah, exactly. |
| 1:34.6 | So, like, that was one thing. |
| 1:38.0 | And then recently just had some blood work done. |
| 1:42.4 | So I had blood work done, maybe good lessons, don't have it right after the holidays. |
| 1:44.9 | Because, yeah, I mean, I got it back in my, you know, cholesterol wasn't all that good. I probably don't have great family history on my side for |
| 1:48.7 | that either. So that's part of it. But I just got it redone. So I was 226 after the holidays, you know, |
| 1:54.5 | maybe even pushing closer to 230 at sometimes. And then recently got my labs done again. I was |
| 2:00.4 | 2.13, something like that. So 12, 13 pounds lost. And, dude, all my laps were amazing, essentially. Yes. So it begs the question, what role does, let's just focus, I guess, more on body fat percentage |
| 2:21.3 | because that's kind of how we started it when talking about 25, 30%. |
| 2:24.5 | Yeah, yeah. |
| 2:25.1 | But what role does that really have on health? |
