And this week, Marianne will be speaking with Chris Bryant, who is heading up a British company called Bryant Research, which is so cool. It's basically a team of

researchers in social science, policy analysis, and market research. And they're working with

alternative protein companies and animal protection not-for-profits to answer the questions that

we're all constantly asking about how to get

people to do what needs to be done to end this complete and total nightmare. I'm so glad that it's not

just us saying this, you know, like that there are actual researchers behind this. People aren't just

making it up and ruminating. They're shouting their mouths

off. Yeah. Now, this is a great interview. I loved it. I think people are really going to love it.

I mean, you know, you can find out a lot, and they're doing their best to find out. And some of

their findings really surprised me. He was great. I can't wait for this.

So I know we have a lot of news that we want to cover before we get to the interview, but I just

want to mention something really quickly because my favorite episode of environmental connections

came on this past week. And we're going to share it with you in the show notes,

but I hope you watch it. It is the episode about food. So environmental connections is the show that

I host for the WXXXI TV and radio here in Rochester. So it's on the PBS app, PBS.org, if you look for environmental

connections. And the episode I'm talking about right now is episode seven. They call it plant-based

nutrition, which I probably wouldn't have called it that, but whatever, I don't care. It's about
