We are tuning into our energy levels this week in different ways from how we feel socializing with other people to when we know and how we know it's time for us to recharge our batteries.

Today, I want you to bring your awareness to something that really fills your cup,

something that helps you recharge, that thing that you're able to connect with, that really fills you with energy. And this is such

an interesting thing to contemplate because we all do this in very different ways. And the very

thing that might fill me with energy might be the thing that drains you of yours. And getting really

in tune with and really centered around how we can fill our cup,

what actually helps us recharge our batteries is super important because we might not be doing it

enough or we might be resting in ways that actually isn't restful for us or we might be

looking for ways to recharge our batteries in areas that actually isn't restful for us. Or we might be looking for ways to recharge our batteries

in areas that actually aren't the whole solution, right?
