0:47.3	commission and I'm having a really hard time spiritually, mentally, I mean, in every category to fund these doctors and to
1:00.4	get these doctors, taking them out to dinner and doing all these things because I'm so used to
1:05.2	eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and now I'm spending, you know, $250 on a dinner.
1:11.2	Out of your own pocket?
1:12.2	Right now, out of my own pocket.
1:14.3	Everything is funded by me, but on the upside is I get a very high commission rate on all
1:20.2	the surgical devices that we sell.
