I'm so glad you're here. What is your question for me today?

So I wanted to ask you, Dr. Hanks. I have recently kind of graduated therapy, as I like to call it, quote, unquote.

Good job. Good job. Thank you. I'm really excited about it. It's been an amazing journey for me.

And now I've kind of noticed different, I guess, trauma patterns and things just around me,

specifically within my marriage. And that's something that I wanted to address with you today is that

I love my husband. He's absolutely

incredible. But now that I've kind of been able to get to a point where I understand things

mentally and emotionally with myself, I'm understanding that he's also probably needing

some help. I have broached the subject very gently. Because I know from his background that it's a little, it's a little scary for him and uncomfortable.

So I guess my question is, how do I help him to eventually get to the point where he's okay with possibly getting help, either with or without me?

My fear, I guess, is that I will eventually resent him

if he isn't able to overcome some of those things that he has kind of haunting him.

And how did those things impact you?

So when I first started really like understanding, I guess, myself in the whole therapy journey,

I realized that I didn't like certain ways that he would treat me, certain ways that he would talk to me.
