1:17.3	explore this together. Yeah I'm so excited to kind of talk through that connection between self-awareness and empowerment.
1:25.0	How did you get here? Like what's your story?
1:30.0	Yeah, so it's so interesting to me because I feel like no matter how many times I share this it impacts me every single time I say it, you know, and I think that is one of the things with self-awareness, one of the gifts that we have, because it's not just a story,
1:45.1	it's a way for us to all reflect and contemplate on where we are, who we've chosen to be inside of this space, and that continued choice to choose again and again and again.

2:06.7	Beautiful baby boy like literally I can still feel him in my arms and he passed away after he was born, six days after he was born, and I had just
