| 1:03.6 | discharge it but we're not actually tackling it directly so the whole thing remains |
| 1:08.3 | unconscious. The people around us may have awareness of it, particularly in these two cases because the facial expressions involved were quite interesting, but do we have awareness of what we're doing? |

| 1:30.0 | stressed and actively discharge it from your system. We can do that by routinely |
| 1:36.6 | making space to let off steam every hour, stop, take five deep breaths, take a walk, even if just for a few minutes, every day. |
| 1:46.0 | Fill your feet on the ground, let your shoulders, neck, relax. |
| 1:50.0 | You can put reminder notes on the fridge, light switches, different doors, different places, the dashboard in the car, to remind yourself to drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, and just release the grip, release the tension in your life. |
| 2:05.0 | And maybe add a little self-care ritual to the end of your day where before you settle down to sleep, |
| 2:11.0 | you discharge whatever stress and tension you've accumulated in the day, |
| 2:16.0 | just take a few minutes out to use one of our guided relaxation audio, a favorite meditation, |
| 2:21.6 | piece of music, breathing exercise, whatever helps you relax and wind down |
