Cheryl, welcome. Thank you, Mark. I'm so happy to be here. I'm so excited to hear about your story. So let's just start.

Like, you know, what's your background and how did you find Land Geek? Yeah. So I am a serial corporate America, you know, person. I've been in sales, sales management, my whole career,

medical sales. And I also knew that that was, I didn't want to do that my whole life.

Like I always watched as folks or my my friends parents retired. I'd always

ask them, did they enjoy what they did? They wish they'd do it different. And nobody ever said,

Mark, oh, loved my career, right? So I always felt like a young career person going, man, there's not a

whole lot to look forward to here, you know, the grind of it all.

Everybody looks tired and they're hanging in there for something, some carrot.

So I've also have been, you know, probably 15-ish years now, always tried to find a business to

start.
