I have got such a good story time for you today. Every once in a while, I get on these little

tangents where I have to do a deep dive into something that I knew nothing about one hour prior.

And this is a perfect example. This is the story of Charlie Javis. And I'm shocked that I didn't hear about this when it all went down

originally. And maybe you didn't hear about it either. And even if you did, I guarantee I'm going to

share with you some juicy details you've never heard before. This is a story of a young woman

who started a company while she was in college, and then she moved on to start

a fintech company, meaning financial technology, and she convinced J.P. Morgan to buy her company

for $175 million.

Only before everything unraveled in this crazy spectacular fashion, which

it's just shocking to me how she pulled the wool over everybody's. It's shocking to me

how people just assumed that what she was saying was true. I've sold companies before. I know what goes into the

due diligence and how none of that happened with J.P. Morgan is shocking to me. This is a story

about startup hype, fake numbers, fake emails, pretty privilege, and what happens when the smartest girl in the room finally gets

questioned?
