Thank you for tuning in once again to another Cabral House call. I'm going to take your questions today after just

0:14.4

going through why you should not count calories for losing weight but you should

0:18.9

count this specific type of food. Definitely check that out. Great episode for

0:23.2

anyone looking to lose weight and tone up. All right, questions, your

0:27.4

questions today, let's get right into them. Valentina is the first question of the day or she's asking the first question of the day.

1:41.2

eight bananas ten bananas a day like a lot of people talk about in a high-carb diets they just can't some people can some people can't

1:46.9

You need to find out what works for your body and the other thing is this diet can be quite healthy as well.

1:52.5

However, it's very unhealthy if you actually increase
