Summary

Klein.Ally.Show on KROQ is more than just a "dynamic, irreverent morning radio show that mixes humor, pop culture, and unpredictable conversation with a heavy dose of realness." (but thanks for that quote anyway). Hosted by Klein, Ally, and a cast of weirdos (both on the team and from their audience), the show is known for its raw, offbeat style, offering a mix of sarcastic banter, candid interviews, and an unfiltered take on everything from culture to the chaos of everyday life. With a loyal, engaged fanbase and an addiction for pushing boundaries, the show delivers the perfect blend of humor and insight, all while keeping things fun, fresh, and sometimes a little bit illegal.

Give us a call, 800-52067. Once again, the number to join us is 80052067. It's an important number to have on the ready pretty much every single day of the week. But right now, particularly, we get you on a standby boarding list so you can travel all the way to New Zealand and go see Deftone. It's part of KROC's Mile High Club. It's destination number seven. You've sent listeners all around the world to see a bunch of Krox best bands and now it's your chance to hop on the standby boarding list if you're caller 20 right now. Pick you up and give you the good news. And if Postmaster Johnny picks up your call and yells 15, 17, 18 at you, you can say happy birthday to him before he hangs up on you rudely and we wait for color 20.

Those are the ages he thinks he is. He's still confused. He doesn't know. This hour on the show will help you live forever with a brand new old people secret.

1:23.5

And man versus machine battle. Does humanity stand a chance against the robots? Apparently now that robots have been here helping us out, we are trying to get robots high.

1:32.7

And a bunch of people are trying to figure out what AI and robots would act like when they are high.

1:38.4

And as a result, we're going to see if humans are better at handling high situations or robots are.

1:43.5

Let's go ahead and get into that a little bit later this hour as well. Yeah, because you can buy now on the dark web little bugs and algorithms that you can weave into your AI to make it appear like either drunk or on mushrooms or whatever drug of choice you want to give your robots. So that's all coming up later this hour. And of course, Johnny has to officially spin the wheel of punishments. We've heard some of these many punishments. One of them he'll have to do. The wheel is staring ominously at him. And he'll have to look up what that word means. We say, good morning right now to caller 20, which puts us on Ashley. Good morning, Ashley. Woo! Good morning. Hi, you are the 20th caller here at K Rock now, which means we add your name to a standby boarding list. And if we call you back on Monday morning, it means you're packing your bags and heading to New Zealand, all right? I'm so excited. Thank you. Yeah, of course. Enjoy yourself some deaf tones in New Zealand. If we call you back, go ahead and throw Ashley's name on the list. You'll have another chance in an hour at 10 a.m. and then every hour thereafter, all day long, straight up through 6 p.m. here at K. Rock to get into the standby boarding list for that. All right. So let's do this right now. This was a request from a postmaster Johnny. we to let him hear a song he likes from a band he likes before he comes in and spins the wheel of punishment. And we will figure out exactly what it is. He'll be forced to do. Will he be jumping out of a plane? Will he be doing five minutes of stand-up comedy? Or will it be once again, Ali's Pupes? His Pupes! The wheel seems to love the Pupes. We'll get to that next. All right, let's go ahead and get this punishment over with. Postmanister Johnny, like the rest of us, was forced to do something in the new year, a forced resolution. Ali was forced to learn Spanish Spanish and I was forced to start side hustles.

3:26.6

See, I even learned my new nickname is El Barato. That's right, which means what? El Cheap.

3:32.1

El Cheap. I learned cheap and expensive. I thought El Cheapo was Spanish. No? We made that up.

3:36.8

Cheapo is not a Spanish word. That's just a Spanglish word. Then of course,, Postmaster Johnny was forced to drink every day, and he did for a while until he finally quit because he said it was ruining his life.

3:46.6

And Omar was forced to explore mindfulness and create vision boards.

3:50.3

And Jake is still working on his first crocheted octopus, which is...

3:55.1

Still in the works.
