Or is this the one in space to provide energy for an anti-satellite weapon.

So as we know Russia has this organization called Rossatum which is

incorporates all the nuclear development institutions within the country and

it's accumulated quite a considerable experience in development of nuclear technology for Earth's

applications, for weapons of course, but also they were developing systems which could be used in space

for a number of years for in fact for more than a decade right now they have a problem

a program which is a joint program with Ross Cosmos, which is a space agency within Russia,

which aims to develop space tag, which means a spacecraft which can transport satellites from one orbit to another.

The interesting kind of idea about the spacecraft that it has a nuclear reactor which generates power and that power is then used by electric engines.

Essentially it has ion propulsion system which requires a lot of power a lot of electrical power and this propulsion
