It is week two of our hot and healthy summer series for June. So today we are diving into how to have a social life in the summer while incorporating drinks and dining out and barbecues and all of those things, but still hitting your fat loss goals and making

progress towards those. So today we're going to talk about how you can fit all of those things

in while working towards your fat loss goals. So first we're going to dive into things like

parties, cookouts, restaurants. We're going to talk about what to prioritize and really focusing on having a strategy going

into it, not relying on survival mode.

So really we want to be proactive versus reactive when we're going into any of these things.

whatever it is, the first thing I will say is starting your day and anchoring it with protein.
