1:16.9	And welcome to the show. Oh, thank you. So this happened about 10 years ago. My grandmother had
1:25.0	passed away, and she had lived in her house for over 25 years after my
1:31.0	grandfather had passed away.
1:33.2	I was three when my grandpa passed away.
1:37.3	And I was always super close with both of the grandparents.
1:40.5	And my grandma and I had a really tight relationship.
1:43.5	And after she passed away, my mom tried to sell her house and she didn't have any takers right away. And my husband and I had been trying to renovate our house that we were currently living in to try to get ready to sell. And it's hard to live in a house while you're renovating it. So my mom offered us this great deal.
