Hey everyone, it's Kona. I wanted to come on and just give you a little update about what's going on with the show right now.

We didn't have an episode last week. I, it's so funny. Like, it hurt, it sucked.

But I got shingles on my face and, which is just so like, who does that, right?

So I kind of felt like crap and I just did not have it in May to, to write, you know, a new episode.

I sat down a couple of different times, but I just, I could not focus on it. And, you know, I've had a hard time lately just kind of getting in the headspace

to do it because of the shingles. And also, you know, these are emotionally, like, taxing to do. I don't separate myself from it,

you know, I don't look at these stories clinically. I come from a very emotional space every time

I do the research and I write the script and, you know, it just, like,

especially when we deal with children and it's just, it's really tough.

All of that is to say that we do not have an episode this week, but fortunately, we are members
