My name is Ryan Evans. You know me is the editor-in-chief of War in the

Rocks, but I'm also a publisher of a new journal produced with the

University of Texas

leaders resident of the various institutions of the University of Texas and those who stop in to share

their wisdom.

On the latest episode of Horns of a Delema, we have Amy Ziegert, who is hosted at UT as a part of the Strouse Center's Brumley Speaker series.

You should know who Amy is already, but if you don't, she's the co-director of the Stanford Center for International Security and Cooperation

and the Davies Family Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution.

To call this a talk about cyber security would be accurate,

but it wouldn't do this wide-ranging and fascinating episode justice.

What I want to talk about today is the changing cyber landscape.

Now some of this, some of you know,

and some of this probably some of you don't know.

So I want to try to level the playing field a little bit,

and then I'm going to toss the really hard technical questions

to Admiral Inman.

What I want to do is put all of the current events

and they're changing very quickly into some context.
