Amber Ingebretzen is who, that's my name.

And I am kind of a jack of all trades these days, but originally went into the field of physical therapy

and kind of fell in love with the preventative medicine side of physical therapy, really.

Did women's health specifically, worked in that area, and then really fell into, as it kind of seemed to go along with my own, like, journeys and path in life when I was really in the heart of having in the thick of having kids. I was really treating a lot of women and really diving into, you know, postnatal perinatal health. And then now as I'm in my mid 40s, perimenopause, all the things. I'm like, wow, there's a lot we need to know. I'm a researcher by nature,

and so I like to share what I know and share what I've learned to help others. And so I now do

a private training in my own home with a lot of women. And they vary in age from, honestly,

I saw a 13-year-old horse vaulting athlete recently. And then I have my mid-80s, a duo of wonderful

women who just are so encouraging to me and I work with them. So it's really, I mean, it's the whole

life, the life spectrum, if you will, of the age ranges. But I just really love just helping

women to find ways to be the healthiest, most vibrant versions of themselves.

And I think that, I don't know, it's just been kind of a, my whole physical therapy

career has kind of led me to where I am now and really focusing on some of the things I know now

that I wish I'd known then about whole body wellness, you know, treating people from a nutritional standpoint,

from a mental health standpoint, from a, you know, how are people sleeping, how are they hydrating?
