integrative way, and that's where you get that kind of east meets west idea.

To me, it's just all good medicine, you know, taking the best of all that the East or the

alternative medicine or the natural medicine side has to offer and that which the conventional

medicine side has to offer and that's what good medicine is to me agreed i think where it gets

weird for me and what we've talked about before is when one side and it goes both ways takes it

way too far right like there's this kernel of truth

and then we extrapolate that into things that are no longer true but it sounds true and it sounds

real because it's rooted in this thing that had science or realness behind it and that's where I find a lot of these wellness culture myths become problems in terms of,

And, you know, like it can go from being something that you think that you are

helping yourself become well to something that is actually dangerous or problematic.
