Summary
Welcome to HOOVERING, the podcast about eating. Host, Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) has a frank conversation with an interesting person about gobbling; guzzling; nibbling; scoffing; devouring and wolfing all up… or if you will, hoovering.
In this episode I’m talking to absolutely brilliant comedian, writer and podcaster Evelyn Mok. I can’t believe it took me so long to hoover with Evelyn, I think she’s amazing. We spoke remotely because she’s currently in Sweden and I arrogantly attempted to make Swedish Vanilla and Cardamom buns. It took all day and half were burnt and disgusting. Half though, were secretly amazing. She got hers from a shop, I mean, having used an entire day of my life making four small edible snacks - why the hell wouldn’t you?
