We have got a really important episode this week with amazing mental health campaigner Hope Virgo.

She's the founder of brilliant movement hashtag dump the scales, which is currently raging

alongside the incredibly important hashtag curb the count campaign.

Hope talks beautifully about being a recovering anorexic and a trauma victim. So this hoovering

was inevitably one in which we were very serious at times. So be warned of that now, if

you're in a place where listening to this might be unhelpful, know that we are very honest

about all sorts of experiences in this episode and no wonder this track

gets deep in light of how intensely dangerous elements of the government's

current health campaign are for everyone really but especially for people with

eating disorders if anything in this episode makes you feel like you want or need support
