I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to the final episode in our seven-part series we've been exploring all week long to

manage negative thoughts. If you are just joining us you are in the right place.

As you have been releasing negative thoughts, how has your challenge been going?

In the final episode of our series, have you noticed yourself trace where your negative thoughts are coming from?

Your challenge was a thought chaser chasing down all your negative thoughts at least those that are most prevalent.

Now you may have found that you aren't able to really chase down all your negative thoughts, but if you are even aware that certain

negative thoughts are more prevalent than others, that is improvement because you can begin to work with these

thoughts and as you begin to focus more on your strengths and to apply those strengths to feel empowered.

Then you will begin to slowly dislodge and eventually lay to rest those negative thoughts.

Certain negative thoughts come and go and you'll just get better and better at recognizing when they might visit you and why.

And this allows you to make peace with those thoughts.

Now in today's episode, it's all about rewarding yourself.

And one of the best ways to experience true peace and joy is through gratitude.

There is a lot of research showing that gratitude, love, and compassion are the most powerful emotions.

So when you cultivate these strong emotions they can begin to

overshadow some of the more negative emotions you might experience so the more

you focus on gratitude, love, and compassion, the more emotionally

fit you become.
