Welcome back to the Strong Life Podcast. This is your host, Zach Evanesh. And this is going to be a short one.

I'm going to start trying to do some shorter Strong Life podcast for you guys. You could get some

quick hits of information, some inspiration, and something very actionable.

And so this morning, today's Monday right now,

it's a little bit after 6 a.m.

But I've been up and at it pretty early.

I normally wake up, usually around 5, 5.30, something like that.

But wind was howling.

And today at the Underground Strength Gym, we started our men's morning strength training group. And one of my coaches is running that program. And it's actually

been a program that we started in the past. I started a men's group. I called it the Man of Steel

challenge. I started that about a year after we opened up

the underground here in Manusquam. And you may have seen Manusquan on the news. I think even

CNN covered it and other big news networks covered it after what happened with the boys basketball team.

And my response to that is, I said, it would be extremely honorable.

It would be the right thing if the administration at Camden High School met up with the basketball players, the basketball coach, and said,

listen, we've seen on the video that Manusquan made the shot before the buzzer.

Let us do the most honorable thing.

Let's get on a bus.

Let's take the trophy and hand it to the team.

Let's deliver it to Manuskwan High School.

And so somebody responded, when did anybody ever, you know, reverse a decision when

referees made a mistake? You know, has that ever happened? And I said, well, who cares if it's
