and I'm sitting here with Jacob Hansen.

Jacob and I had planned to do kind of a conversation quite a while back.

That didn't happen probably on my end.

But recent weeks, I joined a Facebook group that Jacob is an admin over

in the conversation there. One of the folks suggested that Jacob and I get into a conversation,

and I reached out to Jacob and tried to put this together. And here we are. Folks may not know

either one of us, certainly folks who follow you, may not know me

and vice versa. So Jacob, I'll give you a moment to introduce yourself and to share any thoughts

about who you are before we dive into the conversation. Yeah, perfect. Thanks, Bill. So yeah,

just so anyone who doesn't know who I am, my name is Jacob Hanson. I have a YouTube channel called Thoughtful Faith. I also have a website called Thoughtful-Faith.com. Also, just so that your listeners know, I did not know about the channel A Thoughtful Faith when I started mine. So I have no association with that, but it was genuinely something I

found out about later, but I'd already gotten the logo and everything else. So it is, it is what,

what it is. Tough cookies. That's right. So anyway, but yeah, just a little bit about me. So I'm a lifelong

member of the church. My mom's a convert. I served

a mission in Argentina. I graduated from BYU, Hawaii. I also just kind of on a side note, just so I'm

not totally in the Mormon bubble. I grew up in Reno, Nevada. So went to actually went to

public schools, private schools, evangelical schools, and I graduated

from a Catholic high school. So I've had a lot of exposure to other faith traditions. I grew up

being challenged pretty heavily on my faith by a lot of different people. Anyway, then I served a mission. I graduated from
