Happy Monday. Welcome to Homemaker chic podcast. I am your host Angela Raid of Parisian Farmgirl.

My co-host and best friend is Shay Elliott of the Elliott Homestead two friends two thousand

miles away. Ten children we haven't seen each other in two years and once a week we sit down

and record this show because we are here to help you rescue the art of homemaking

from the daily grind. Shay said I had to do this intro so she could finish her scrambled eggs.

How did I do? My hard boiled egg. Oh okay team ladies. Semantics. Can I grab a trail for a second?

No, Shay, you grab a trail that you don't do that 12 seconds in. I had a cooking community call

last week. So this is like a once a month thing where we all hop on together. People can just

sort of share whatever we talk about whatever. For some reason and I love this actually a lot of

vegans. X vegans end up in the cooking community as they're learning how to like cook

animal products. They come to the cooking community. Two separate vegans came to this call.

X vegans came to this call. They had started drinking raw milk and started eating a lot of meat

after sort of interacting with the cooking community and separately each of these women had

suffered with IBS and all kinds of inflammation issues. And separately over the last 18 months each

of them has lost over 50 pounds from when they were vegan to when they started eating a lot of

animal products eggs really good meats and raw milk. And they were just talking about how good
