Caitlin O'Connor, also known as Kat. She is a beautiful young woman who is a mother to her son,

Rafi, who is one year old. And in this episode, Kat talks all about how she prepped for birth and how

she experienced a beautiful home birth and she goes right into details about the birth. And then

she talks about self-pleasureing during labour and then also touches on the slow post-partum period that she felt was so important for her

and her partner and baby and this is one of my favorite episodes in this season to be honest because

um as as we say cat is a dear friend and um her partner tally is good friends with Nick and so we all have a very special

bond and Kat has been a big inspiration for me and I just love her attitude to life and so if you
