I'm a sexologist and sex and relationship coach.

And today, my partner and I are sharing the very special and sacred birth story of our

son who was born nine weeks ago.

We really wanted to share this story with you to inspire people who are, well, who want to

birth eventually, so women and partners of women who want to support their woman in having the

most beautiful ecstatic birth possible. And that's what our birth was. So today we're sharing with you.

I share about self-pleasureing during labour. We share about how we shared a lot of sexual energy

during the labour, actually. We share about our lotus birth that we chose, home birth, the birth team that we chose, all sorts.

So I really hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed, I guess, talking about it together

for the first time we shared together, which is really special for us. I also want to mention
