When I pray each morning, it just was something that I started to do.

It's something that was a reminder for me.

It became an important part of prayer.

I did it yesterday.

I did it this morning.

I try to do it each morning.

There's five statements that I will make right before I kneel or sit

or just walk and pray. I want to give them to you today. It's the last one that probably has

a more of a residue than all of them. You want to get your phones ready or if you could type fast. I'm not

going to keep them up long, but I want to give you the five things that I say. Some of them may

apply, some of them, or just get your own prayer quotes, but these are mine. The first one you've

heard me say before, it's from the man that started the church. David Wilkerson says, God always

makes a way for a praying man.

I will say that. And so I will say that first. Every time I get ready to pray, God always makes a way for a

praying man or a praying woman. Number two, it's from Martin Luther. It reminds me every time I preach,

he was prayed well, has studied well, which is so important. I say this to those

that preach, those that may be watching or ministers around the country and around the nations.

I'm going to tell you this, I can tell you from experience, because I've been part of it,

I have preached messages that have been well studied but have not been well prayed through.

And what you do,

what you do is you can affect the mind and the intellect, but only a praying pastor can go right to the
