So not to set the expectations straight out the gates, but you better bring it, okay?

I am bringing it in.

So we are going to talk really just honestly and openly about honoring different seasons

in our past and how so often you can connect the dots when you're looking backwards, but

it's really difficult when you're actually in that season to feel like that season is

serving you and to not wish that you weren't in that season, you know what I mean?

So I think it will be really helpful if we walk them through kind of the last year of

a couple of different seasons that we've been through and share what we've learned.
