I'm in Manhattan, New York, Long Island. I'm in the Long Island area. Beautiful place. Are you native there? How long have you been there for? I've been in New York for,

I would say, 30 something years. I'm from Hong Kong originally. I came from Hong Kong in 1991.

So Hong Kong, I haven't been there. I know we talked about this when we saw each other in person

last week. I haven't been there, been, I've always wanted to go there. But they tell me that once you've been a New Yorker for 25 years, you're inducted

into native ship.

So you're not officially a native of New York.

Not that you'd want to give way the native to Hong Kong.

Right, right.

Well, I've been here longer than Hong Kong. I've been here 30 something years and I'm 20 years old. So, dude, you're native. You're native now. So, so awesome. So, uh, so your story is you've been a loan officer since what? 2019? Yeah. So I was a lifelong IT professional. I work in IT for 25 years and I wasn't really happy with that career. I wanted to make a change. And in the middle of 2019, I got a six-month package from the company. I was like, oh, perfect. You know, I have a six months worth of a buffer to try something new.

And my accountant at a time, he's still my accountant.

He runs a mortgage branch on the side.

He'll say, hey, Kevin, I think we have a refi boom going on.

This is pre-pandemic 2019.

But refi boom going on.

Maybe you can join us and make some money since you're pretty interesting

real estate and you seem to be able to talk to people. And here you are. So, so, and I would
