You guys better buckle up because I have a freaking story for you. Today is going to be a story time and I promise you guys will laugh at a certain point. So if you need a little comedic relief in your life, if you want to hear a funny story, I feel like we can always use that sometimes, then keep listening.

Hey everyone, what's up? My name's Emily Hayden. I'm the host of the Evolve of Emily Show and you are listening to a solo episode story time. And this is the season of my life

where all of my podcast equipment got stolen about $6,000 worth. I'm never going to see that again.

I've accepted it. I'm recording on my voice note on my phone. And we're just going to go with

the flow here. So now that you're caught up to date, let me tell you, let me tell you how this weekend

went. First off, it was a really hard week. And we're going to go into that stuff because that stuff is

more serious and actually like not the comedic relief. So today we're going to focus on the

lighthearted comedic relief. And before I get into it, this story is funny and has a happy ending.

So when I first tell you the first few things, which would like normally raise alarms and make

you worried, don't be worried. Like understand that a laugh is coming So, okay, I had one of my girlfriends come in town

and we went and did puppy yoga. Puppy yoga. My goodness. Wait, hold on. Let me back up, actually.

Okay, it's Saturday morning. I wake up at 6 a.m. right? And I knew that my friend was coming in town

at about 11. So I knew that I needed to get all of my regular Saturday things in.

So by 11 a.m. I had already clean the house, washed like three loads of laundry because it was just

one of those weeks. I washed my sheets. So I had like, you know, clean house, clean comforter,

clean sheets, clean bed, clean car,

clean puppies. I washed them. I groomed them. Like, I was just flying high. I don't know about you,

but that is a great start to the weekend when everything is just deep cleaned. Even the house

was deep cleaned. Like just such a great start. Just in time to go pick up my friend i was so excited we go to puppy yoga if you guys have not been to puppy yoga essentially it's yoga and they bring a litter of puppies that are available for adoption so it really helps that everyone posts on social media um you guys can look at my Instagram and see how freaking adorable it was.

And not a single yoga flow was completed and no one cared because there was so much

joy and happiness in the room.

And essentially it was just a time to get together and do a little bit of stretching
