Summary

In today's episode Emily shares the beauty of starting your day with presence. Experiencing the sunrise, breathing deeply, recognizing the beauty around you.

What if today was your "one more shot" you got at life? What would your energy be like going into this day? You don't have to wait for that to be your expereince. You can mentally take yourself there through a guided meditation and embody the energy, excitement, and momentum you'd have, as if it were your real experience.

Emily's journal entry:

Intentionally starting over bruises the ego but frees the soul. The ego wants to grasp & control, the soul wants to explore uncharted territory & be free- ahh yes, to be free. The soul was never emant to be labeled, boxed up, & stamped for approval. The soul came. here to experience, expand, and forever evolve into something new. Will you let it do what it came here to do? OR, will you imprison your own soul by clinging to what you already know with the fear that it might all go away? What if it was always only ever meant for a season? What if, the best days of your life lie ahead of you? If you're alive, they do. And the only one holding you back from expereincing those things is you. Get out of your own way. Be brave, and make room for something new.

and everything that we do right right? I feel like there's

0:55.5

this expectation that we should be somewhere other than where we are. And maybe for you, that's

1:02.4

happening at a different age. But I'm just recognizing and observing in my life and also in patterns

1:08.1

of all the conversations that I'm having recently, that there is this

1:12.4

struggle to have the courage to start over. So today, I just wanted to bring it to light and share

1:19.3

that if you have breath inside of your lungs and a beat inside of your chest, you've been given

1:24.1

the beautiful gift and opportunity of life. And if you have the opportunity of life,

1:29.7

it is always the best day to choose to start something new if that's where your soul and heart is
