And I'm Jack Hardy. He claimed he lost control and as he did so, thought of all the years he'd been bullied.

Then he said he couldn't remember anything. Not the moment he lunged at Harvey Wilgoose twice with a five-inch hunting knife.

Not the moment Harvey fell to the floor, 49 seconds later,

stabbed in the heart. Harvey tragically would never stand again. And a jury has today concluded

that when the 15-year-old boy in the dock dealt that fatal blow at All Saints Catholic High School

in February, he knew precisely what he was doing, and it was murder.

It came after we heard evidence that far from losing control, out fear for his life,

the defendant had been acting like he had a knife when he squared up to Harvey earlier that morning to intimidate him.

As for his loss of memory, well, the headmaster of the school recalls receiving a

perfectly accurate account of what he had just done to Harvey as they waited for the police.

Then there was his phone. It was a catalogue of obsession full of images and videos of him posing

with his weapons, knives and axes, or chasing people with them. On some of the clips,

he even put drill, rap music over the top

and then posted them on social media. That was to send out a message that he wasn't to be

messed with. Today, we'll bring you all the latest from court, the background to this case we

It's with great sadness that I share with you today, a teenager has died following a stabbing at a Sheffield school earlier today.

A young boy has gone to school and hasn't returned home.

15-year-old Harvey Wilgoose. He was attacked at school in Sheffield at lunchtime and he died a short time later.

The death of Harvey Wilgoose in a school in Sheffield earlier this year shocked the nation.

Harvey was 15 when he was stabbed at All Saints Catholic High School on February 3rd.
