He’s made a name for himself as the go-to strength coach when it comes to physical preparation for Baseball athletes in the US. Eric is a really unique coach in that he's both an elite level powerlifter on as you know personally and he's also someone that really

understands corrective exercise more than any other strength coach that I know.

Usually I think of strength coaches falling into one of two camps.

One, there's like all of the old school guys that they just want to, they almost treat their athletes like bodybuilders or weightlifters.

And then there are the guys that really gear towards corrective exercises and things like that, which are super valuable, but when that's the sole focus of a strength and conditioning program, they tend to baby their athletes and they just really don't push their athletes.

Eric, in my mind, has always been someone that brings together both of those worlds,

where he's drawing from a ton of different disciplines,

and he's always just looking for what
