This week I speak to Ashley Stahl.

She's a career coach and an author, a writer.

She wrote the book, You Turn, Get Unstuck, Discover Your Direction, Design Your Dream Career.

I loved this conversation with Ashley.

We were connected by a mutual friend and we spoke about

integrity, connection, guilt, shame, boundaries, job hunting, making money and she lost all of her

money. She worked at the Pentagon. We talk about non-attachment, friendship, being friends with people

in different ages. We talk about rushing and quitting rushing, being people with what we call rushing problems.

I loved getting to connect with her.
