Hey, everybody.

Welcome back to the podcast.

If you've been with me for the last two weeks, you'll notice something a little

different.

My voice sounds fine, and I'm mostly back to normal.

So thank you guys for everybody's prayers.

We had a really nasty cold and sickness go through this family.

I honestly do not remember the last time I was

that sick. And I completely lost my voice for about a week. I think it was like six days that I just

could not talk or it really, really hurt to talk. And then every time I would talk after that,

every time I'd talk for more than 30 seconds, I just would go into a coughing fit. And so that's a little bit difficult

when you're trying to record podcasts. So I still have a teeny bit of the cold, a little bit left,

but I can actually talk, which just makes me so happy. So I don't even care that it's late

at night right now. And then I'm working on this podcast and it's been a busy day because I can talk like it's the little things in life, right?

I'm super excited.

So today we are talking about cooking healthy food.

And this is going to be a fun topic.
