Jamie Belmay. Hey, you guys, I am back on the podcast, and for the most part, my voice sounds a lot better.

Can you guys tell?

If you tuned in back to episode number 201, I could barely talk, which is why most of the

episode was a recording from last year.

And here I am back one week later. I'm feeling so much better.

That was when I was really like in the thick of it. However, Jason and I still have sore throats

and a bit of a cough. So this episode is going to be a lot shorter today because I just don't have

as much capacity to talk. This has been a brutal sickness. I actually do not even remember

when I have been this sick. And it was weird because it wasn't like a, like it wasn't a flu,

like stomach thing, which is what I feel like is typically the worst when you get the sickness.

It was a nasty, cold virus, something or other. I actually think we got two sicknesses.

Because both of us, Jason and I started feeling better and then we got really, really worse. Again, it's been over two weeks.

We're really looking forward to being healthier. All the kids are healthier, which I'm really

thankful. They got in, they got super sick, and they got out of it. And they're all doing

great. There's a little bit of lingering cough still, but they're all doing great there's a little bit of lingering

cough still but they're all doing great jason and i are the ones that got sick the last i actually

thought i was going to escape it i was the very last one to get sick and i was like yes i'm going to

get through this and i was the last to fall and then i fell the hardest which has been really

rough um so jason and i are at the tail end of it. So we are doing
