weight loss journey going? Is it going well? You know, the summer's coming to a close,

and I know this is a time of year where a lot of people decide to redouble their efforts. Maybe your journey has slipped a little bit over the summer. Maybe you've decided on purpose to maintain for a little while. Or maybe you're doing well, and you just like to upgrade. You know, find some new level that you can push yourself. Whatever it is, I have definitely seen that this time of year, a lot of people like to get jump started again. And maybe that's you. And if it is, how are you thinking about leveling up? I would love to hear about how you're going to level up your weight loss journey in the Facebook group. So here's what I want you to do. As a listener of the podcast, if you're in my Facebook group, I want you to make a post. And I want you to say, here is how I am leveling up my weight loss journey. Chris, when you attack me. Say, hey, Chris, here's how I'm leveling up my weight loss journey. Just overwhelm me with notifications. Make it where I can't even open it up. Make my inbox, you know, as they say in Reddit, rest in peace, my inbox, you know, do that to me. Let me know how you're going to upgrade your weight loss strategy from wherever you're at right now. I don't care where you're at. If you're at ground zero, great. Upgrade from there. If you already been doing great, upgrade from there. There's always a little bit more you can do. I don't care where you're at. There is a 1% improvement you can make somewhere in your strategy to how you're losing weight. And it doesn't even have to be directly related to weight loss. You might be deciding you're going to go work on your sleep. You're like, you know, I've been consistently only getting about six, six and a half hours a night of sleep. I'm going to see if I can just raise that to seven.

I'm going to just see if I can add a half hour of sleep on Monday through Thursday. You know, I can't be bothered on the weekends. But Monday through Thursday, I'm going to do that. That's my level up. Great. Tell me about it. Tell me about it. And I want you to share in the Facebook group because I want a whole bunch of other people to get a bunch of ideas.

When I was big, I was thinking about the holidays around this time of year. What am I going to do? And I remember when I had started my weight I was already agonizing because I'm like, okay, well, you know, I always, I always get fatter every holiday season. Like, that's the default is I'm going to get fatter. Is that going to happen this year? What am I going to do? How am I going to approach you? Because I really don't want to not enjoy myself because that would suck. So you need to start thinking about this now. But don't go thinking about it too heavily. And trust me. I've got episodes coming on the holidays. You ain't got to worry. I got you. I will have resources for you and you can go look at the backlog for last year and get information there. I just want you to begin kind of thinking about it. But what I really want you thinking about is it's the fall season. You might as well get some great weight loss under your belt before the holidays show up and he's about to make things more complicated. So why don't you do that? A couple bits of housekeeping. I'm talking here about my Facebook group. If you were not in that Facebook group, I would love to have you come join. You can find a link to that in the show notes of this podcast.
