before we get to those first, Samine, what have you been cooking? Oh Rishi, I'm

in a real red sauce joint kind of mood these days. Oh yeah? You know before the

quarantine for the last several months I've been trying to eat either vegan or

vegetarian for most or all of the day and somehow in the last week I made

both pepperoni pizza and pork meatball. Like that's more pork than I've eaten in

months. Yeah. And so I don't know man. I don't know what's happening. And the other

thing I'm craving which I'm going to try and make in the next few days is one of

those like, oh wait, did you want to school in the East Coast? Yes I did. That's

where I'm from. Yeah, so maybe you know all about this kind of stuff. But like I

really want to make one of those like New Jersey style like pizza salads,

those ones that have like salami and chickpeas and like radicchio and

there's like pieces of cheese in the salad and there's oregano in the vinaigrette.
